One of the most important things that a coach can do is help the team grow. This means coaching them on how to be more effective and efficient, as well as helping them learn new skills. Coaches also work with management to ensure that the company is working in an Agile way. This can be a challenging but rewarding role.
Coaches help people and teams improve, develop new skills, and reach higher performance levels. They are the facilitators of group processes to help team members work together effectively toward a common goal or vision.
